Collectra was formed in 2026 to collect commercial debt.

The company belongs to a long-established Australian collection agency that has been recovering debt in the healthcare sector since 1985 – a sector that demands extra sensitivity when it comes to revenue collection and the highest level of data security.

Our background means we collect debt with efficiency, integrity and understanding; we’re also fully conversant and compliant with guidelines including:

  • Ministerial guidelines relating to financial hardship

  • Privacy and Data Protection Act

  • Australian Consumer Law

  • ACCC and ASIC Debt Collection Guidelines.

Our head office is in Adelaide. We also have offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Darwin.
